Hey there, I'm Shelly Phelps, and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a graphic designer with 15+ years of experience helping businesses of every kind show up with confidence. From boutique medical practices, dentists and nonprofits to industrial equipment manufacturers, music venues, grant writers, coffee shops, wedding venues, and farms, I've helped all kinds of business owners stop being invisible and start attracting the clients they deserve.
And I created Bullseye Design Intensive because you shouldn't have to wait months for design you're proud of. Instead of the endless email chains and drawn out back and forth of a typical design project, we spend one full, focused week together, making real progress on your website, brand, or design punch list.

How it Works
I've made this process as simple as possible, because your time is valuable and you deserve a process that respects that. From the moment you book, everything is organized in one place through your client portal, so you always know what is happening, what is needed from you, and what comes next. No digging through email threads or wondering where things stand. Just a clear path from your first call to a finished project that is ready to work for you.

Book a discovery call so we can talk through where your business is right now and where you want it to go. This is a no pressure conversation where I learn about your goals, your timeline, and what kind of project makes sense for you, whether that is a website, a brand, or a design punch list. By the end of the call, you will know exactly what your Bullseye Design Intensive will include.

Once we have decided your project is a good fit, you will book your Bullseye Design Intensive and secure your week with a deposit. This locks in your date on my calendar and officially kicks things off.

Complete a simple intake questionnaire so I can get to know your business inside and out. You will also provide a few additional checklist items, like brand assets or account access, so everything is ready to go before your intensive begins.

We will hop on a quick onboarding call before your intensive to align on your vision and answer any last questions. This gives us a chance to make sure we are on the same page and that your week is set up for success from the start.

During your Bullseye Design Intensive, I handle everything. You can expect focused, dedicated work all week on your website, brand, or design punch list, with regular updates so you can see your project take shape. You end the week with a completed project, done.

Your project is done, delivered, and ready to work for you. A few days after your session I will check in to make sure everything is working the way it should. Quick tweaks are covered for 30 days, so there is no stress if something needs a small adjustment. And when your next project rolls around, returning clients get exclusive half day rates. You did the thing. Now go enjoy it.
