1. Services

Shelly Phelps Graphic Design provides graphic design, branding, website design, marketing materials, package and merchandise design, and related creative services. All projects are agreed upon via a signed proposal or contract specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual or business for any reason.

2. Intellectual Property

All original designs, content, and materials created by Shelly Phelps Graphic Design remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights for deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work beyond the agreed-upon scope without permission.

3. Payment Terms

Project pricing, payment schedules, and methods are detailed in the client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of the project or in installments as outlined in the contract.

Late payments may incur additional fees. Work may be paused until payment obligations are met.

4. Revisions

Clients are entitled to revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

We aim to deliver work that meets expectations; clear communication is essential to ensure satisfaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary content, materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shelly Phelps Graphic Design is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or deliverables.

While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee results such as increased sales or business success.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to:

Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or access restricted areas
Respect copyright, intellectual property, and privacy of content

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Termination does not relieve the client of financial obligations for work already completed.

Work delivered up to the termination date remains the property of Shelly Phelps Graphic Design until full payment is received.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be resolved in accordance with Oklahoma law.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
